Shipping policy
Processing & Delivery Time: All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Delivery can take up to two weeks however, dates may vary depending on geographical location. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays will be processed on the following business day. We hace some flat rates available for you depending on the weight of your order.
International Shipping: We are shipping worldwide! We have different carriers and methods that you can choose from at your convenience. The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the products and your Country. It will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking an Order: You will be notified via email for tracking info, once your product has been shipped.
Method of Transport: Orders within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be sent via USPS ground, the rest USPS. Shipping times may vary. International orders will be sent by the carrier of your choice: USPS International or DHL.
Returns: We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. We will only reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in it's original packaging.
